We make every effort to ensure that the information presented without any typographical errors, and when this occurs we correct them as soon as possible. In the case then the information provided does not match the characteristics of the product, the Customer will be informed and have the right to cancel their purchase. Despite our efforts, some products items can be priced incorrectly. If the product is priced lower, we will refund you the difference, if the price is higher we will inform you by email and await the client's decision to accept or cancel the order.

Normally the order is satisfied from 7 to 15 days, but in some cases it can be until 45 day, but the customer will always be advised. However our offer is limited to the availability and quality of existing stock. In case of out of stock, we immediately reorder directly from our suppliers, however, the customer will be informed of the implications of the delivery period.

Shipping costs are payed in the checkout procedure. We have various shipping methods, via Rangel and CTT, for Portugal (mainland and islands) and the rest of the world. The payment methods available for Portugal are Paypal, Multibanco (ATM)  Bank Transfer and Credit Card.

In the case of orders out of Portugal, the terms of payment are: Paypal, Credit Card and Wire Transfer. In case of return, the refund amount will be deducted from the value of shipping the order.

In case of out of stock of a certain product, MOYO does not guarantee that this replacement will not involve a price update. In these cases the order will only be processed, only after the approval and confirmation by the client.

All promotional campaigns have limited stock and exclusive to online purchases.

SATISFACTION POLICY / REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PRODUCTS

MOYO Concepts biggest concern is customer satisfaction. Therefore we strive to have our products and services at premium standards. However, MOYO only replaces or refunds in case of fault or deficiency . In these cases you can always return or exchange the same within a period of 5 days of receipt of the article(s). The exchange or return goods, must be sent to us with acknowledgment of receipt, including the original packaging, if applicable and proof of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES - For exchanges or returns made by customers living abroad, all expenses related to taxes or customs duties shall be supported by the customer, however you will be notified in advance. The returns or exchanges will be accepted if agreed in advance with MOYO Concept.
